Diary & Meeting Management:
We can work directly with your internal Customer Relations Management (CRM) systems to lock in appointments with your clients, securing your business – and sales or with access to your central diary and email, we can manage any meeting bookings for you.
Responding to Emails:
We are proficient Outlook / Gmail / and most email software. Trusted to handle incoming emails and liaise on your behalf.
Setup is simple. After our preliminary briefing with you we’re all set to respond on your behalf as your PA.
Daily, weekly reports and administration of the data within your CRM system, so you never lose a contact.
